Mariana Moguel

Attorney

Mariana hails from Nebraska.  Mariana received her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2014 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Biology. Mariana then attended the University of Nebraska College of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in May 2017. After graduation, Mariana relocated to Washington, DC where she completed a fellowship focused on education policy. Mariana then joined USPS as an attorney where she practiced regulatory compliance law. In 2018, Mariana was a founding board member of the Colorado Youth Congress. She has also served on the Nebraska Law Dean’s Advisory Board. Currently, Mariana serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of a 501(c)3 organization, Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc, which focuses on the advancement of Latinas in higher education and supports literacy within the Latinx community. For her involvement with this organization, Mariana was recognized as the “Rising Professional of the Year” in 2020.  Mariana is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the State Bar of Maryland, and the State Bar of Missouri.  In her free time, Mariana enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, and spending time with her dog Prudence.
